Emily Jo will lead a 75 minute virtual only practice via Inner Heat Yoga :
6 Sundays : September 14 - October 19 from 4:00 PM -5:15 PM.
Each session will begin with 25 minutes of gentle, fully accessible yoga to prepare the body for the guided meditation. There will be a few minutes to arrange yourself in a comfortable and neutral supported position for the Yoga Nidra guided meditation and Sound Journey. The Yoga Nidra practice includes guided relaxation process, imagery which will be themed around a specific chakra each week, and flow into a sound journey including crystal bowls, drumming, chimes, rain stick, rattles, and gongs. This virtual sound journey practice enhanced with head phones or ear buds, if you have them. If not, it will still translate effectively through your computer or phone.
The purpose of this Yoga Nidra and Sound Journey is to invite the body, mind and spirit into a more integrated state, cultivating balance, harmony and the healing mode of the parasympathetic nervous system.

This Fusion Flow practice offers access for all level students looking to activate, release, and restore. Our time is spent exploring multiple modalities including; lymph activation, breath work, free flow movement, deep stretching, core strengthening, and restorative poses, all curated to invite you to connect to your own body wisdom. At the end of your practice, you will find yourself with a deeper sense of well being in body, mind and spirit.

Join me virtually for this fully accessible re-set. In 45 minutes, we will explore a simple sequence including stretches, twists, supported inversion and hip opener while remaining safely and comfortably on our backs. A block, pillow and blanket are recommended.

This virtual practice is super simple and accessible to all bodies. We will open up our shoulders and necks, get some movement into our spines, and finish with hip release poses. The whole class can be done seated in a chair, if you are more comfortable that way. This Gentle stretch practice will be offered in a brief 35 minutes so you can get on with your day, feeling more comfortable in your body.
