Take time before or after class to enjoy our very accessible swimming hole. The waters are usually pretty warm and the beach is sandy and shaded during the second half of the day.

As always, this practice is fully accessible for all who chose to attend. The shaded, mossy lawn space provides a perfect studio for our 75 minute afternoon yoga practice together. During June and July, Thursday's practice will be offered here in Newfane, as long as the weather allows.
